Job Description1st Shift Production Associate Bagger location- Kings Mountain, NC Pay Rate- $18/hr Hours are 7am-7pmWorking days are flexible based on demand, typically ranging from three to five days per week.

• Operated bagging and packaging equipment to fill, weigh, and seal mica and mineral-based products according to company specifications.
• Monitored automated bagging systems to ensure accurate weights, proper labeling, and product quality compliance.
• Performed routine equipment checks and minor adjustments to maintain consistent production flow and minimize downtime.
• Conducted visual inspections of finished bags to ensure proper sealing, labeling accuracy, and product integrity.
• Stacked and palletized finished products safely and efficiently in preparation for shipment.
• Maintained production logs, completed required documentation, and reported discrepancies to supervisors.
• Followed all safety protocols, including PPE requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and dust control standards in a mining and industrial environment.
• Assisted with housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Collaborated with team members and forklift operators to support shipping schedules and meet daily production goals.
