Join Our Grayville, IL Clinic as an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) – A Unique Opportunity to Make a Difference in Rural Healthcare

As an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) at our Grayville, IL Rural Health Clinic, you'll play an essential role in providing high-quality care to rural residents. You’ll collaborate with a full-time physician in managing patient care across a variety of clinical settings, from in-office consultations to diagnostic and treatment interventions. This is a hands-on position that involves conducting comprehensive and focused patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, and offering personalized care plans.

In addition to providing medical care, you’ll order and interpret lab and radiographic studies, educate patients on managing their health, perform necessary procedures, provide follow-up care post-discharge, conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWV), manage Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs, handle medication management, and coordinate referrals to ensure patients receive the best care possible. You'll be a vital part of a close-knit team, impacting lives by providing healthcare that rural communities often find hard to access.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday; 80 hours/pay period.

  • Location: Grayville, IL, a rural community on the banks of the Wabash River, part of the greater Wabash General Hospital service area.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited university

  • Current and active licensure as a Certified Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois

  • Previous clinical and surgical experience is preferred

  • Current CPR and ACLS certifications are preferred

  • Ability to see patients with same-day office visit needs

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, stooping, bending, and pushing
