Bank of America is seeking a dedicated Remote Administrative / Office Assistant to join our team. In this vital support role, you will be instrumental in managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and contributing to the overall efficiency of a key department or group of managers, all from the comfort of your U.S.-based home office. What You Will Do:

  • Comprehensive Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule virtual and in-person meetings (as needed), and coordinate travel arrangements (once business travel resumes as applicable).
  • Virtual Communication & Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact, managing email correspondence, preparing professional documents (presentations, reports, memos) using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Data & Record Management: Maintain organized digital filing systems, perform accurate data entry, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate virtual meetings and team events, including setting up technology, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
  • Office Operations (Remote Context): Assist with managing virtual resources, ordering necessary remote work supplies, and troubleshooting minor technical issues where appropriate.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate administrative needs, prioritize tasks, and independently find solutions to ensure smooth workflows.

What We Are Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate or remote environment.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Strong comfort and experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
