Develop deep expertise in geriatric psychiatry, including dementia-related behaviors, depression, anxiety, and complex neurocognitive conditions.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility-based settings.
  • Diagnosing and managing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia-related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.
  • Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications with careful consideration of comorbidities and geriatric physiology.
  • Providing crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated.
  • Collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.
  • Building trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners.
  • Maintaining consistent, accurate clinical documentation and follow-through.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation

  • Guaranteed Base Salary + Productivity
  • Total annual compensation range: $150,000–$200,000+, based on experience, caseload, and availability.

What You'll Bring

  • Active, unencumbered PMHNP license in the state you will be practicing
  • Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, or mobile healthcare preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently with remote support.
