Our East Mesa client is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper on a Direct Hire basis.
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP/AR
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to perform daily financial tasks
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with ADP financial services standards for a small team
- Conduct a cash flow analysis to monitor and optimize financial performance
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in a computerized accounting system
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with management to support decision-making through financial insights
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems, including QuickBooks Online
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Foreign currency exchange knowledge would be a plus
