We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Replenishment Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring inventory is ordered efficiently to support business operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, purchasing experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2 years of Replenishment, purchasing, data analysis, or similar experience Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and vendor management abilitiesProficiency with spreadsheets and inventory or purchasing systemsAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities

Create and submit Purchase Orders to suppliers; follow-up on order changes, back-orders, delivery schedules and warranty programs.Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedulesMonitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as neededTrack and follow up on shipments to ensure timely deliveryCompare supplier pricing and negotiate when necessaryMaintain organized documentation of orders, invoices, and vendor informationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure purchasing needs are met
