Job DescriptionThe Print Production Lead position is located in Weston Florida and is a contract role. This company is known for its commitment to excellence in payroll services, particularly during the busy year-end period.

Shift of the Print Production Lead:
Start Date: December 1st, 2025
End Date: January 30, 2025
Pay Rate: $22-$22 per hour
Location: Weston Florida

TRAINING SCHEDULE:

1st Shift
Training: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday Through Friday | December 1st -December 29th
Work: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | December 29th - January 30th, Weekend Requirement: Jan 10th & 17th/18th & 24th/25th and Holiday NYE Dec 31st & MLK Jan 19th

2nd Shift
Training: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday Through Friday | December 1st -December 29th
Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM | December 29th - January 30th, Weekend Requirement: Jan 10th & 17th/18th & 24th/25th and Holiday NYE Dec 31st & MLK Jan 19th

Responsibilities of the Print Production Lead:

Lead a contingent workforce during the year-end project, ensuring efficient operations.
Monitor daily headcount and provide performance feedback.
Review weekly timesheets for accuracy.
Assist in resolving escalated print production issues.
Ensure quality standards are met for all printed materials.

Qualifications of the Print Production Lead:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Lead or Supervisor role.
Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
General office and/or production experience preferred.
Ability to operate basic production machinery and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
