$80,000 – $90,000 + Benefits
Overview
A growing home health organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical operations out of its Lighthouse Point office. This role is primarily office-based, with occasional field visits throughout Broward County as needed.
This position is ideal for a home health nurse who is comfortable in a structured environment, understands OASIS documentation, and can support both clinical oversight and patient care when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee patient care plans in a home health setting
- Complete and review OASIS assessments and documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations
- Collaborate with field clinicians, therapists, and care teams
- Provide clinical support and guidance to nursing staff
- Conduct occasional field visits for patient assessments and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
- Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Home health nursing experience required
- Strong experience with OASIS documentation
- Experience with WellSky (preferred)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
