Aerospace Quality Control Managerol Manager – Job Requirements
· 5–10+ years of aerospace quality control/quality assurance experience.
· 3–5+ years in a management or supervisory role.
· Strong background in CNC machining, precision machining, and tooling.
· Experience with government contracts and defense/aerospace requirements (e.g., FAA, DoD, or prime contractors).
· Thorough knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection methods.
· Experience with CMMs, precision measuring equipment, and First Article Inspection (FAI).
· Knowledge of NADCAP, corrective actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and internal/external audits.
· Ability to lead quality teams, train personnel, and work with customers and suppliers.
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Ability to work and multitask and fill in related roles when necessary.
• Ability to pass government clearance.
• Resident of New Jersey within one year of employment.
• Excellent communication skills dealing with the principles of the company
• Ability to hit the ground running and quick study for new techniques.

• Ability to be a collaborator and help in related roles and multitask when necessary.
