Major Goals and Responsibilities:

The following job responsibilities are intended to reflect the major responsibilities of the job, but do not describe the minor duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. In this highly mobile position, you provide route coverage while delivering product, placing orders, and merchandising product at customer locations.

  • Monday – Friday schedule, early morning start time.
  • Work predominantly with our Alternative Beverages portfolio to open net new business across rural South Dakota
  • Sell and deliver product over a broad territory encompassing Huron, Chamberlain, Aberdeen and others
  • Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards
  • Develop effective business plan for assigned geographic territory
  • Track activity and manage time

  • Strict attention to detail, organization and professionalism
  • Actively seeks solutions to problems before being asked or directed
  • Personable, customer-centric, honest and trustworthy
  • Highly comfortable with cold calling and long drive times
  • Excellent time management skills: ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds safely
  • Self-motivated, energetic and hardworking
  • Ability to meet pre-employment background check and clean driving record

Qualification and Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Comfort with technology preferred
  • Sales and/or customer service background

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission/ Bonus Pay
