Position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

We are seeking committed Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to begin or continue their careers serving diverse learners. Candidates will support students across a variety of school sites on a full-time contract basis—working with mild to moderate caseloads of approximately 60 students, depending on assignment. The start date is immediate, with the contract running through the end of May 2026.

Candidates will benefit from direct supervision provided by district staff and will work closely with other dedicated professionals in a collaborative, student-centered environment. The position is strictly on-site and offers the chance to gain invaluable hands-on experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Provisional Florida Department of Health (DOH) SLP license required
  • Eligibility to complete the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Must be able to travel between multiple school locations
  • Ability to serve PreK-12th grade students with mild to moderate needs
  • Up-to-date fingerprint clearance; if you previously completed Florida school district fingerprints through the AHCA Clearinghouse, additional paperwork may be required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a dynamic, school-based caseload
  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals
  • Monitor and report on student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize outcomes
  • Travel between assigned school sites as needed
