Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
Soliant has partnered with a school in Central Falls, RIto hire a Occupational Therapy for the remainder of the school year.
Qualified applicants have a degree in Occupational Therapy and active (or recently applied for) Rhode Island state OT certification.
This school-based position will focus on helping students enhance their functional abilities and develop the skills necessary for daily living and academic success through individualized therapy interventions.

- Guaranteed hourly pay: $35-55/hr
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students' occupational performance, including fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
- Develop and implement tailored occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with students, families, and the educational team.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet goals.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing expertise on occupational therapy needs and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid RI OT license.
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
- Strong munication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
