Job Details:

• Work on an adaptive acuity unit with 1:5 nurse to patient ratio on a 25-bed unit
\n• Occasionally provide PCU care with 3:1 ratio - this is non-negotiable and may not be refused
\n• Charge nurse responsibilities required - will not consider travelers without charge experience
\n• Must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within scope of practice
\n• Every other weekend and holiday coverage as required
\n• No non-billable orientation hours
\n• Overtime worked at regular rate with no multiplier
\n• 2+ years of current med surg/tele experience required
\n• Charge experience required
\n• Progressive Care Unit/PCU experience strongly required
\n• Drip experience required
\n• ICU experience strongly preferred
\n• Minimum 3 months previous travel experience required (non-negotiable)
\n• Small critical access facility experience preferred
\n• Must have own vehicle
\n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
\n• Vermont RN license or compact required
\n• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
