Job DescriptionDescriptionThe Clinical Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring excellence in clinical practice, documentation, and compliance across the organization. This role provides comprehensive review and feedback on assessments, behavior intervention plans (BIPs), amendments, and clinical documentation.

The Coordinator works collaboratively with leadership to uphold quality standards, regulatory compliance, and payer requirements while supporting continuous improvement in training, documentation, and clinical integrity.

Required Experience, Certifications, Registration or Licensure

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-certification experience in ABA service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and payer compliance.
  • Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate with clinicians and leadership.
  • Advanced to expert level in Google Sheets.

Preferred Experiences:

  • Working as a behavior technician for a minimum of two years with both center-based and in-home experience.
  • Prior experience as a trainer.
  • Familiarity with training design and implementation.
  • Experience documenting in Rethink.
