Position Overview
As a Production Associate, you'll be a key part of the manufacturing or assembly team, helping to ensure that products are made to quality standards and meet delivery deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production, assembly, or packaging of materials or goods
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support inventory tracking and restocking as needed
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily goals
What We're Looking For:
- Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus-but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
