We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Construction Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a versatile tradesperson who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. If you have hands-on experience across multiple construction trades—from drywall and painting to flooring, carpentry, and more—we want to meet you.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
As a Construction Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver top-quality results on residential projects. Your day-to-day may include:
- Performing skilled work in multiple trades: drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Reading and following project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Collaborating with team members, subcontractors, and supervisors to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in general construction or multiple trades (drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and basic personal tools.
- Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
