Job Title: Care Manager – IP (Inpatient) RN
Location: Bronx, NY 10451
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hrs/week (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Pay Rate: From $2,900/week for travel & From $2,350/Week for local.

Required Qualifications:

• Active New York RN License
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 5 years of clinical RN experience
• Experience in Care Coordination, Utilization Review, and Discharge Planning
• Computer literacy
• BLS Certification
• PRI & Screen Certification (required at submission)
• NYSED Primary Source Verification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Case Management Certification
• Leadership experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Inpatient Care Management

• Discharge Planning
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
