Process Controls Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Process Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing control systems for our manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on safety and quality. The Process Controls Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement control systems for manufacturing processes
  • Optimize and validate existing control systems for efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with process engineers to integrate control solutions
  • Develop and review schematics and documentation for control systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLCs and vision systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations
  • Conduct training for staff on new systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and vision systems
  • Proficiency in CAD software for designing control systems
  • Familiarity with packaging processes and quality standards is a plus!
