Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales for the East Coast region for one of our senior living clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in senior living sales leadership, preferably in a regional or multi-site role

  • Experience supporting Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities preferred

  • Proven track record of driving occupancy growth and achieving revenue targets across multiple communities

  • Strong understanding of senior living market dynamics, lead generation strategies, and referral development

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales strategy and occupancy development initiatives across multiple senior living communities

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to community Sales Directors and sales teams

  • Analyze occupancy trends, lead sources, and conversion metrics to drive performance improvements

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and operations teams to align sales goals with operational performance

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with regional referral partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations

  • Support community marketing initiatives, sales training programs, and best practice implementation
