Job Description
As the Director of HR you are the crucial point of contact for our senior leaders and employee population. You will assist in bringing strategic and tactical expertise to our client groups. Focus will be on partnering within Company to achieve objectives through organizational design, communication strategies, recruitment, talent assessment and analysis.
• Partner with our business leaders to assess their team capabilities: identify competencies and talent gaps, recommend employee development resources; support talent assessment and succession planning.
• Spearhead Workforce planning initiatives for site.
• Serve as a member of the business leaders’ staff to help drive strategic growth plans and objectives across the organization. Work with leaders to complete skill gap analyses in order to ensure we have the talent needed to achieve our goals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws & regulations.
• Deliver high quality, proactive HR consultation via robust analysis which can be used to drive
decision making & support growth strategic business goals.
