We are seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic and multifaceted professional—a celebrated photographer, published writer, philanthropist, and accomplished businesswoman. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values discretion, and enjoys keeping a busy, high-profile lifestyle running smoothly and is based in Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for Manhattan and Florida schedules.
Handle high-volume email correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate personal and professional commitments, including events, meetings, and philanthropic engagements.
Anticipate needs and proactively manage tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
Assist with special projects, including content coordination, event planning, and personal errands as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10 years of solid working experience specifically supporting high-level executives or high-profile individuals.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in calendar management, email platforms, and productivity tools.
Positive, proactive, and highly reliable personality. Must have basic knowledge of photoshop to create invoices.
