Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide specialized support within school settings located in Saint Louis, MO. This role involves traveling between schools to deliver speech and language therapy services to students, helping them enhance communication skills and overcome speech-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student performance and adjust therapy techniques accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational and clinical regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification and licensure
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple school locations
- Knowledge of current speech therapy practices and educational standards
