Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure quality work.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Complete projects on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve high standards of workmanship.
Requirements:
- Willing to train new painters with zero experience
- Proven experience as a painter, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus but not mandatory
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
