Key Responsibilities

Grow your client base through networking, outreach, and active community involvement

Educate clients about our full portfolio of auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance products

Conduct needs assessments and design personalized insurance solutions

Manage the sales process from prospecting and consultation through presentation and closing

Build long-term relationships via regular check-ins, policy reviews, and outstanding service

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while nurturing client loyalty

Stay informed of industry trends and maintain deep knowledge of Farmers Insurance offerings
Qualifications

Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

Excellent organizational, time management, and independent work skills

Sales or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Willingness to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)
