Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Assist with mobility and fall prevention
Follow care plans and report any changes to the office

Requirements

Active NYS HHA certification (required)
Minimum 1 year home care experience
Must be available to work weekends
Reliable, professional, and punctual
Strong communication skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
