Founded in 1972, Angel Water, Inc. is dedicated to improving water quality and helping families access clean, safe water. Based in Barrington, IL, we’ve been serving the Chicagoland area for over 40 years, providing installation and service of advanced water purification systems. We are licensed with the Illinois Department of Health, employ Water Quality Association-certified technicians, and proudly maintain an A+ Better Business Bureau rating.
Compensation
- $19 per hour
- Performance-based bonuses
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rotating Saturday schedule (half day)

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective customers
- Make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
- Manage inbound and outbound email communication
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions
Note: This role does not include shipping or receiving duties.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Water treatment or purification experience is a plus (not required)
- Organized, dependable, and coachable
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
