Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain HR dashboards to track key workforce metrics, such as headcount, attrition, retention, DEI initiatives, talent growth, succession planning, and business continuity, with a focus on identifying opportunities to enhance organizational performance.
- Partner closely with HRIS and broader HR teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting and data analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc data analyses to support HR and business initiatives, delivering actionable insights on topics like employee engagement, exit trends, and goal tracking against benchmarks.
- Serve as a resource to global HR teams by offering expertise and support on data usage, governance, metric development, insight generation, and trend evaluation.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel, ETL processes, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, with a strong preference for Oracle HCM.
- Skilled in extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from enterprise-level HR and data systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and develop innovative solutions.
- Adept at synthesizing data from various sources into cohesive, visually compelling reports that communicate complex information effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion and sound judgment.
- Eagerness to continuously learn and stay current with evolving trends and technologies in HR analytics.
