We are seeking an operations Manufacturing Coordinator for our White Bear Lake, Minnesota location. The candidate will use organizational and leadership skills, interfacing directly with a cross-functional team of production staff, engineering, and quality to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products for our customers.
The responsibilities of this position include:
· Schedule the manufacture of product using established processes and procedures
· Provide Manufacturing and Quality Assurance support
· Support new product launches into production
· Define & implement manufacturing infrastructure improvements (e.g. production throughput tracking, MES, space planning, etc.)
· Oversee purchasing and resource allocation
· Coordinate shipments to vendors and receipt of materials in support of manufacturing
· Identify and communicate process and equipment needs to sustain and improve operational efficiency in collaboration with Engineering and Quality Associates
· Collaborate with customer service and shipping to deliver medical devices to US and International per internal operating procedures
· Enter and track information in Enterprise Resource Planning software
· Work with Human Resources to hire competent personnel, oversee training, and manage performance of Manufacturing Associates
Position Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical devices manufacturing
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a focus on excellence, responsiveness to customer needs
· Experience in ISO certified manufacturing preferred
· Critical thinking skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, establishing project plans and achieving timelines and communicating results
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
