Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of clients and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and quotas
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Farmers Insurance products and services
- Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure all applications, paperwork, and documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain) Licensing Assistance is Available
- Life & Health license is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Licensing Assistance is Available
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
