Job Description-Sales RepresentativeCompany IntroductionClient is a chemical logistics company specializing in ISO tank containers transportation, import, export and leasing. With core team leaders owned over 20 years experiences in ISO Tank industry, the company offers door-to-door supply chain solutions for chemical manufactures, traders and buyers from all over world. with a diverse range of tank fleet and global network. Company focuses on bulk shipments of special chemicals, foodstuffs, and gases. Its mission is to provide customers with safe, effective yet economic Tailor made ISO Tank logistics services and end to end supply chain management solutions. Must be able to identify various tank types such as T14, T20, T22, T50, 40FT LNG tanks, lined tanks, etc.
Role DescriptionResponsible for developing new customers mainly for the tank container business, preparing quotations and maintaining client relationships, coordinating daily operations, handling accounts receivable, and other sales-related tasks.
Qualifications1.Calls on current and potential customers;2.Keeps records and reports on all sales & marketing activities;3.Keeps customers informed on new services, pricing, changes, etc.;4.Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts;5.Reviews current business timely and develop new business;6.Customers’ complaint management;7.Market research on service requirement, competition and report to management;8.Supports Procurement Department to do better cost control;9.Works closely with Finance department on credit review and control;10.Supervises and trains sales representatives and assistants;11.Any other matters as and when required.
Skills & Knowledge:1. University graduate with know-how on Marketing, Business Administration or relevant;2.At least 2 years experience in the function of Sales and Marketing for multinational companies in Logistics / Forwarding industry;3.Good communication and interpersonal skills;4.Proactive and customer oriented;5.Good teamwork spirit;6.Be sensitive to market change and feedback in time.
