A nursing opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Intensive Care Unit experience at a reputable medical center located in Keene, NH. This contract position requires expertise in caring for a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics within a 10-bed Level III Trauma unit. The RN-to-patient ratio is 2 to 1, ensuring focused care delivery in a dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure with an active New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (required for this assignment)
- Experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting
- Ability to manage adolescent through geriatric patient populations in a critical care environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills to support high-acuity patient care
- Commitment to professional standards and facility guidelines, including predefined scheduling and time-off requests
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Level III Trauma ICU unit
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
- Adhere strictly to facility protocols related to scheduling and assignment requirements
- Maintain patient safety and provide emotional support to patients and families
Schedule/Hours:
- Shifts coordinated as per facility guidelines with no block scheduling or concurrent assignments permitted
- Time-off requests up to five days must be submitted and approved before assignment starts
