<li>Inbound/Outbound calls assisting members with requests</li>
<li>Educate members on Medicaid policies, enrollment, plan options, and benefits</li>
<li>Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of members</li>
<li>Ensures accuracy and quality on all calls</li>
</ul>
 Location: Indiana and Michigan Schedule/Shift Details
<ul>
<li>Day Shift</li>
<li>Monday - Friday</li>
<li>7:00am - 7:00pm Central Time</li>
<li>Some weekends may be required if&nbsp;needed when demand is high and for team meetings</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Knowledge of Medicaid</li>
<li>Ability to pass a knowledge assessment</li>
