An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide critical care support in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract position offers the chance to apply your expertise in intensive care while contributing to patient-centered care across multiple units.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and other assigned units
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with the healthcare team
- Adapt to floating assignments within a 35-mile radius based on staffing needs and acuity
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient care and progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current RN license with ICU nursing experience required
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including 36 or 48-hour shifts
- Strong clinical skills in critical care assessment and intervention
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to float between units or facilities with prior notice
This position is a contract assignment beginning January 5. Floating assignments are determined by patient census and staffing requirements, with advance notification provided to support seamless workflow.
