Enjoy a flexible and rewarding anesthesiology opportunity in scenic Wyoming, just outside Yellowstone. This position features a unique 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off schedule, in either a W2 or 1099 model. You’ll join a collaborative 3-physician model where 2 are always on while 1 is off, supporting a low-volume call structure and a healthy work-life balance. The position offers diverse case exposure, competitive compensation, and robust benefits. Position Highlights:
- 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Schedule
- 8 Weekday shifts/month
- 8 Weekday Calls/month (5p-7a)
- 3 Weekend Day Calls/month (7a-7a)
- Also work with 2 CRNA’s who work semi-independently and help with call
- Diverse Case Mix: Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, General, Podiatry
- Low After-Hours Volume: ~10–12 cases monthly after 7 PM
- State-of-the-Art Facility: 4 ORs, Da Vinci Xi Robot
- Hospital-Employed: Full benefits, $475K base salary, sign-on, relocation, CME, retirement match
- Independent yet Team-Based Environment: CRNAs run rooms, MDs assist and supervise
