Electrical Engineer
Founded in 1995 with offices in San Antonio and Austin providing consulting engineering services for K-12, government, higher education, and various other commercial projects.
We are looking to expand our team with a skilled Electrical Engineer who is experienced in MEP building design and preferable posses their Texas PE license. This will be a client facing role. Must have a good understanding of designing building electrical systems and be able to properly execute projects with minimal supervision.
What You Will Be Doing
Your will oversee and aid in the preparation of electrical design documents using Revit appropriate for the project and in accordance with company standards, and coordinate the completion of these documents in the appropriate time. You will work with our Project Manager and team to have a QA/QC review completed prior to the deadline for the project. Although it is not typical, this position may require night and weekend work to complete projects and meet deadlines.
What You Need for this Position
Must have at least 4+ years: of experience with:
- Electrical System Design (AutoCAD / Revit)
- MEP Building Design
- Projects: K-12, Higher Education, Government Facilities, Science & Technology, Healthcare, and other Commercial Building Designs
- TX State Building Codes
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field is required.
Professional Engineering (P.E.) License is strongly preferred.
