Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. This role requires strong leadership skills to direct multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee quality assurance protocols to ensure that all work meets industry standards and regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize project costs and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial management of construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, scheduling, and quality assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and management in a construction context.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Experience managing industrial, commercial, educational, government, and municipal projects, including data centers and heavy industrial sites.
