About the Role
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this hybrid role based in Canton, MA, you'll play a key part in bringing our brand to life across digital, print, and in-branch channels. From designing impactful campaigns to creating compelling member communications, you'll contribute to meaningful work that connects us with our community and advances our mission.

Responsibilities:
Design Execution
- Create visually compelling and polished designs for digital (web, email, social), print (brochures, signage), and in-branch platforms.
- Develop engaging, user-friendly email templates that support campaign performance and member engagement.
Concepting & Brand Development
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts aligned with campaign and business goals.
- Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines while continuing to evolve the visual identity.
Project & Asset Management
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, balancing deadlines, and priorities effectively.
- Maintain and evolve the organization's brand and style guides across all visual touchpoints.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams-including marketing, digital, and branch operations-to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex financial topics into clear and engaging visual narratives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital, print, and email work.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Canva expertise
- Creative Thinking: Out-of-the-box mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.
- Team Player: Collaborative with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills to present and explain design concepts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain the corporate style guide, supporting consistent look, feel, and messaging across all mediums.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using a MacBook, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Publisher, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Preferred Qualifications
- HTML/Coding knowledge for email/web assets is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and email marketing platforms (HubSpot)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently, and within a team.
- Experience preparing and mounting designs for presentations.
