• Facilitate professional development workshops for educators on curriculum best practices.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and educational guidelines.
• Engage with parents to communicate curriculum goals and student achievements.
• Research and integrate innovative teaching methods and resources into the curriculum.
• Support the overall mission of The Learning Experience by promoting a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for curriculum improvements.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for fostering children's learning.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software tools.
