  • Run and manage the design process, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure design intent, constructability, and alignment with project goals.
  • Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining a strong corporate presence and managing frequent client interaction to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project or other Gantt chart scheduling tools to track milestones, critical paths, and overall project timelines.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and cost reports, ensuring financial performance aligns with approved budgets and proactively addressing variances.
  • Administer and manage architectural and construction management contracts, including reviewing scopes, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Oversee day-to-day project coordination activities, including meetings, progress reviews, issue tracking, and resolution of project-related challenges.
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry-specific standards, including sustainability requirements where applicable.
  • Utilize digital tools and project management technologies to document, track, and communicate project status, risks, and decisions with stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders, including clients, design teams, contractors, and internal leadership, through meetings, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Identify risks and issues early, apply advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, evolving project scopes, and dynamic client needs in a fast-paced environment.
