Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brevard, North Carolina. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to customers while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing various customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Process leads from other departments and follow up with customers on product offerings.
• Maintain and update records in company systems while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
• Uphold high performance standards in both quality and quantity of work.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Utilize computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, to complete tasks efficiently.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and voice messages with professionalism.
• Support departmental goals by participating in training and assisting with various tasks as needed.
• Follow safety practices and maintain a clean and organized workspace.• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other related software.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Skilled in handling multiple computer systems and navigating between them.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Experience in customer service, including call center operations, order entry, and email correspondence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or adjust schedules as required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
