Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Maple Grove, MN to hire a skilled Special Education Teacher for a full-time onsite role. This position serves an elementary K5th resource classroom with a caseload of 20+ students and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative school community.

Job Requirements:

Active Minnesota teaching license (Tier 3 or 4 required)
Certification in Special Education
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong ability to manage caseloads and implement effective interventions

Job Duties:

Provide resource support and specialized instruction to K5th grade students
Develop and manage IEPs while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed
Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support student success
Maintain organized records and participate in IEP and team meetings
