Position Summary:
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Bilingual Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of underserved populations. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive clinical team, with flexibility for either full-time or part-time employment.
This role requires:

Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written)

Willingness to provide care for children starting at age 6

Provision of both medication management and psychotherapy services
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for clients ages 6 and up

Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care

Offer individual psychotherapy sessions to children, adolescents, and adults

Collaborate with therapists, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated care

Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system

Uphold ethical and regulatory standards consistent with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications:

Licensed and board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Maryland

Fluent in Spanish (required)

Comfortable and experienced in working with pediatric and adolescent populations

Demonstrated ability to provide psychotherapy in addition to medication management

Strong interpersonal, clinical, and organizational skills

Experience in a community mental health or outpatient setting preferred
