Our ideal candidate is people-focused, goal-driven, organized, and comfortable working at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
If you want a role with autonomy, variety, strong support tools, and a team that celebrates your wins, you’ll thrive here.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, and property managers to understand insulation needs and recommend the right solutions
- Conduct thorough on-site evaluations, measurements, and assessments
- Present spray foam and insulation options in a clear, confident, and easy-to-understand way
- Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and scopes of work
- Follow up consistently with every lead until a decision is made
- Maintain a clean, organized sales pipeline with timely updates
- Build strong relationships with contractors and remodelers to develop referral opportunities
- Collaborate with the office team and installation crews to ensure accurate handoffs and project details
- Attend home shows, builder events, and local networking opportunities to promote services
- Represent Northland Companies professionally and with a customer-first mindset
- Stay informed on products, pricing, building codes, and best installation practices
Qualifications:

- Strong verbal communication and people skills — able to build trust quickly with homeowners and contractors
- Comfortable taking measurements and converting them into accurate estimates
- Ability to present solutions clearly and confidently, both on-site and over the phone
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Organized and detail-focused when preparing proposals, scopes of work, and job details
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-activity role with multiple appointments per day
- Basic understanding of construction terminology, building science, or home performance (or willing to learn quickly)
- Strong follow-up skills —no lead left behind
- Tech-comfortable — email, CRM, mobile apps, digital measuring tools, etc
- Able to work both independently and as part of a coordinated team
- Physically able to access job sites, climb ladders if needed, and walk uneven terrain
