We’re working with a rapidly growing company dedicated to finding better methods for treating the leading killer in the Western world - Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) and Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). This team is working from the ground up to tackle this challenge, and has the immediate opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with electro-mechanical experience and expertise to join the team and make a difference in this critical fight.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical medical devices and catheters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure scalable, compliant production
  • Drive process improvements using DOE, SPC, Gage R&R, and root cause analysis tools
  • Develop and validate tools, fixtures, and test methods; author and execute V&V protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or process engineering
  • Background in mechanical or biomedical engineering, with hands-on experience in fixture/tool design and GD&T
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple project
  • Bonus: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite), electro-mechanical systems, and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA QSR, EU MDR)
