Customer Service & Office Coordinator



Aaron’s Hail Repair – Bedford Heights, OH


Aaron’s Hail Repair is an auto hail damage repair company looking for a reliable, professional team member to help manage daily operations at our shop.


This is a customer-facing, hands-on role — you’ll be the first impression for customers while also helping keep everything organized behind the scenes. No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, dependable, and ready to help wherever needed.



Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup
  • Communicate with insurance companies (calls, follow-ups, claim updates)
  • Track and manage insurance claims and job progress
  • Receive and organize parts deliveries
  • Maintain vehicle inventory and lot organization
  • Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and general office tasks
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and professional



Flexibility & Role Expectations


This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities may vary day-to-day based on business needs.

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Active auto insurance
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to safely drive customer vehicles
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Reliable and dependable


➕ Preferred (Not Required):


  • Customer service or sales experience
  • Auto industry or dealership experience
  • Experience handling insurance claims or administrative work


Pay & Schedule:


  • Full-time position
  • Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
  • Weekly pay
  • Opportunity for bonuses
