Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in maintaining classroom order and supporting daily instruction

Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning objectives

Provide one-on-one support for students needing extra help, including those with special needs

Supervise students during transitions, activities, recess, and lunch
-
Support behavioral and social-emotional goals under teacher guidance

Help with classroom preparation, organization, and daily learning activities
-
Perform other related duties to enhance the classroom learning experience
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s degree or higher, or High School Diploma/GED with postsecondary coursework

Active state-level licensure and/or certification, or ability to obtain

Experience working in schools or with children preferred but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively with educators, families, and administrators
