Summary:
The Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the Cost Accounting and Decision Support systems to drive service line profitability analysis, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. This role manages productivity systems, supports financial reporting to external agencies (e.g., S&P, Fitch, EMMA), and plays a key role in feasibility studies, capital project evaluation, and financial forecasting using STRATA software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost accounting, budgeting, or decision support
- STRATA financial software (or similar) experience
- Healthcare finance experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (MBA or MHA)
- Financial or healthcare-related certifications
- Experience in hospital reimbursement, contracting, bundled payments, and physician compensation models
