Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) or Chiropractor (DC) to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy and rehabilitation services
• Work with patients experiencing TBI, vestibular issues, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, and therapy staff
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients on treatment plans and at-home exercises

Qualifications:

• Active Florida license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Chiropractor (DC)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Experience with neurological or vestibular rehab is a plus (not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
