$160,000–$165,000 (will consider higher base for the RIGHT person) +10–20% Performance Bonus + Profit Sharing

What You’ll Do as CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR
- Ensure that the client experience is consistent, efficient, and aligned with the firm’s fiduciary standards.
- Manage the Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and service associates, ensuring seamless coordination with advisors, custodians, and compliance partners.
- Oversee all aspects of the HNW/UHNW client experience.
- Improve workflows, operational processes, and service consistency.
- Serve as escalation point for complex and high-touch client needs.
- Partner with Advisors and Operations to enhance the client journey.
- Manage operational risk, compliance alignment, and quality control.
What You Bring as CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR
- 7+ years in an RIA or wealth management client service leadership role.
- Investment operations and execution experience
- Direct experience supporting HNW/UHNW clients.
- Strong custodial knowledge: Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing
- CRM expertise: Salesforce or Redtail
- Series 65 required (or obtain within 90 days)
- Ability to optimize workflows, solve problems, and elevate service models.
