Schedule/Hours:

• Flex shifts: 36 hours/week (7a-7:30p/11a-11:30p)
• Off shift/on-call: 4-5 shifts per 13-week contract (could be 12-hour shift or on-call, days or nights)

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1-2 years recent operating room experience (circulating/scrubbing)
• BLS certification required; additional certifications a plus (ACLS, PALS)
• Comfort with a variety of surgical services and patient demographics
• Excellent collaboration, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in diverse surgical procedures
• Deliver safe, patient-centered care across multiple specialties and age groups
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary surgical team
• Uphold strict infection prevention and safety standards
• Document care accurately and efficiently
