Schedule/Hours:
- Flex shifts: 36 hours/week (7a-7:30p/11a-11:30p)
- Off shift/on-call: 4-5 shifts per 13-week contract (could be 12-hour shift or on-call, days or nights)
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1-2 years recent operating room experience (circulating/scrubbing)
- BLS certification required; additional certifications a plus (ACLS, PALS)
- Comfort with a variety of surgical services and patient demographics
- Excellent collaboration, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub in diverse surgical procedures
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care across multiple specialties and age groups
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary surgical team
- Uphold strict infection prevention and safety standards
- Document care accurately and efficiently
